Who we are

This website is run by Protect+, publisher of the Protect+ Relationships workbook series. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means Protect+. You can reach us anytime through our contact form.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• Share Your Story: your email, your first name if you choose to sign with it, the kind of relationship, an optional title, your story, and whether you want to be signed anonymously or by first name.
• Workshops and coaching requests: your name, email, organization (optional), what you're interested in, your audience, format, preferred dates, and the details you share.
• Contact form: your name, email, topic, and message.
• "Notify me" sign-ups: your name, email, and which book or project you want news about.

We don't use advertising, tracking pixels, or analytics on this site, and we don't set our own cookies.

How we use it

• To read and respond to your message or request.
• To review stories for possible sharing on this site.
• To email you news about the books or projects you signed up for. Every update email will include a way to unsubscribe.

We never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Your story

Every story is read personally. A story is only published on this site if you gave permission, and it is signed the way you chose: anonymously or with your first name only. Your email is never shown. We may shorten a story or remove details that could identify you or anyone else. You can ask us to change or remove your story at any time through the contact form.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored securely with Google's cloud services in the United States, and a copy is emailed to our private inbox. Only Protect+ can read them. Nothing you send can be viewed by other visitors.

Spam protection and other services

To protect this site and its forms from spam and abuse, we use automated security measures, including Google reCAPTCHA. These may use information about your browser, device, and connection. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

The site is hosted by Google and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receive basic technical information like your IP address to deliver the pages.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions only as long as we need them to respond, to share a story you gave permission for, or to send updates you asked for. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us, withdraw a story, or stop receiving updates. Just send a request through the contact form and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our workbooks are written for families, but the forms on this site are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, let us know and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
